Congrats on being on every channel!

Why is channel diversification without minimum spend just expensive noise?

Every paid channel has a learning curve. And every algorithm needs enough volume before it gives you anything worth reading. Below $10K per channel per month, you’re not running a campaign, you’re running a sample size that statistics will never let you trust.

$10K on LinkedIn after post promotion leaves you with around 28 leads. Of those, 10-20% convert to MQLs. Of those, a fraction become SQLs. That’s 3 to 6 qualified leads a month on a full channel budget. Drop below that and the numbers stop meaning anything.

The brands that actually learn what works pick 2 or 3 channels and go deep enough to get signal. The ones still spreading budget across 5 platforms in a bid to look omnichannel are essentially funding their own confusion.

Dominating fewer channels beats showing up on all of them with nothing to show for it. If your $50K is currently spread across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, Meta and X, at least one of those channels is running on a budget that can’t produce a single actionable insight.

Want to know which channels are actually worth owning for your ICP and how to structure budget to get real signal?
